- Receive phone call, e-mail and text alerts of properties that match your requirements
- If you require a mortgage, speak to a financial adviser (we can recommend a local firm)
- View properties with our experienced and friendly staff
- Make an offer for the property you like
- Once a price has been agreed, instruct a solicitor to act for you (we can recommend a local firm)
- Organize your mortgage valuation survey within two weeks of the date the sale was agreed
- Arrange additional surveys if required
- Place funds with your solicitor so they can apply for the necessary paperwork
- Agree a completion date
- Exchange contracts
- Collect your keys once completion has taken place – the property is now yours
