As well as finding you the best possible tenant and making sure that the rent is always paid on time without delay, we will also carry out inspections throughout the tenancy term just to make sure your investment is being looked after as it should be.
Inventory & Check In
A full photographic and detailed inventory can be carried out on your behalf if requested. The Check-in process ensures that your new tenants are in agreement with the condition of the property and the contents as detailed in the inventory. Meter readings are also taken, the keys are handed over and the inventory is signed and agreed by the tenants to prevent disagreements at the end of the tenancy.

When you choose an ARLA registered agent, you can be safe in the knowledge that they are covered by the ARLA Client Monday Protection Scheme. This means that if your agent goes bankrupt or deals on the wrong side of the law, you’re covered.
