We are ARLA Propertymark agents
When you choose an ARLA registered agent, you can be safe in the knowledge that they are covered by the ARLA Client Monday Protection Scheme. This means that if your agent goes bankrupt or deals on the wrong side of the law, you’re covered.
ARLA agents must have Professional Indemnity Insurance, giving you peace of mind if experience negligence, bad advice or malpractice. ARLA requires that their agents be trained and qualified to ARLA standards as well as implementing a structured programme of Continuous Professional Development to keep skill up to date, meaning advice you receive is always current and solid.
ARLA agents adhere to the Code of Practice and Rules of Conduct for their professional body, which ensures we trade to the highest professional standards.
If ever you have a bad experience with an ARLA agent, you have the option to take the matter up with ARLA.
Why use an ARLA and TDS bonded Agent?
TDS is a scheme created to protect tenant deposits within 30 days. We register all deposits with TDS or with a similar protection scheme, giving all our tenants assurance that their money is protected and insured. Any deductions at the end of the tenancy will be agreed by both the tenant and landlord, ensuring your deposit is dealt with fairly.
