  • Attend accompanied viewings 9-7pm Monday to Friday and 10-4pm Saturday
  • Pay £500 holding deposit to reserve property
  • Pay balance of moving in monies (including a 6 week damage deposit held under the Tenants Dispute Service Scheme)
  • Collect one set of keys per tenant
  • Arrange standing order mandate for monthly rental payment
  • Register with utility companies/Council Tax
